Expertise Consulting Services Inc. requires a skilled consultant with and in depth understanding of Vlocity and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to service its suite of clients across diverse sectors including public, healthcare and banking and finance among others. You will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle - from high-level design, detailed design, development through to deployment and post-production support.

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in all phases of the project life cycle; from high-level design, detailed design, development through to deployment and post-production support;
• Engaging with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Vlocity functionality;
• Worked on Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio is a must.
• Leverage knowledge of Force.com Sales & Marketing Cloud in an administrator and developer role.
• Integrate Salesforce CRM system with third party applications with utilising the Industry specific capabilities of Vlocity for various sectors like public sector, communication media and technology and Insurance
• Work on automated deployment tools like ANT, Eclipse, GitHub, Jira, Jenkins and data migration tools like Apex Data loader, Workbench while working on various Vlocity and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Projects.
• Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions following the best practices of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Vlocity architecture.
• Email development experience specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Marketing/Campaign Automation.
• Be a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Systems Analyst to join our team.

The primary focus of the Salesforce Administrator will be to configure and maintain Salesforce to ensure delivery of high quality solutions to meet our business needs.This position is responsible for the overall configuration and operation of the existing implementation, as well as the continuous improvement of the Salesforce tools for all users.

Responsibilities:

• User administration including maintenance of profiles, roles and security
• Assist with issue resolution with all users
• Support development of the environment including customization of objects, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, and security
• Perform regular data administration tasks, such as mass updates, de-duping and data cleansing.
• Support the definition of new business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
• Help build ongoing training and refresher programs for users including documentation, guides and recordings
• Training for new Salesforce users including process requirements
• Help promote best practices in Salesforce usage
• Help implement and roll-out add-ons and integrations
• Document Salesforce processes and procedures
